Adriana Lima's Secrets To Losing Her Baby Weight



Did you know that Adriana Lima, who was in the Victoria Secret Fashion Show last night, Mom? If you're like me, you probably do not want to know.

How they managed to lose weight infants less than one year later?

I'm glad to hear that she was not only to weight, but the total change in bone structure after the child.

She started a liquid diet for detoxification, and then added protein. Her diet under the guidance of a nutritionist, and not just something they made on her own. Those who do not carry out medical examinations for her, to ensure that her body function as it should.

What could she do to get back into shape job?

She hit the gym. Jump-roping and shadow boxing are two of the exercises she did. Plus she does squats and ab work.

Adriana makes it sound so easy. She does not admit to occasionally cheating and occasionally eating small amounts of chocolate and candy.

Oh, that's what I'm doing wrong. Small amounts of chocolate, portion control, and vigorous exercise.
